Police in Hartlepool have thanked members of the public who shared an appeal which helped locate a missing 4 year old.

Cleveland Police had issued an urgent appeal to trace a missing 4-year-ole boy.

He was last seen at three o’clock on Lancaster Road and within the town and located shortly after 4.13pm.

Police have now confirmed that the missing child was found safe and well and have thanked everyone who supported them.
