Ambulance called after ‘medical emergency’ at Canterbury Bus Station

Paramedics were called to a city bus station after a Stagecoach member of staff had a “medical emergency”.

An ambulance was called yesterday (October 30) at around 5pm to Canterbury Bus Station to help an employee at the travel company.

A spokesman for Stagecoach said: “One of our colleagues suffered a medical emergency at Canterbury Bus Station just before 5pm on Monday.

“He was attended to by colleagues until paramedics arrived.

“We are very pleased to confirm that the colleague concerned is now recovering in hospital.”
