Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in City Park, Bradford on Saturday afternoon. (4 May) 

Officers were called to reports of a fight at around 2.10pm. 

A 21 year old man was taken to hospital with facial injuries that are not life threatening.  

Two women were arrested at the scene, they have since been charged. 

Jana Horvathova, 19 of Market Street and Ruzena Horvathova 57 of Market Street have been charged with assault causing 
grievous bodily harm with intent.  

They both appeared at Bradford Magistrates Court on 6 May and the 19 year old was remanded into custody and the 57 year old was bailed from court.  

They are both due at Bradford Crown Court on 4 June. 

Enquiries are ongoing into the altercation by Bradford CID.
