Gogglebox Lee has an unlikely lookalike and Jenny is loving it

Gogglebox Jenny and Lee’s TENA Lady talk leaves fans in hysterics

News Hour

Gogglebox besties Jenny and Lee left viewers in stitches during Friday’s edition of the show as Jenny disclosed an unexpected advantage of stopping smoking.

Taking to their usual spot on the sofa in the caravan for Friday’s episode of the popular show, Lee read out a certificate given to Jenny for a recent accomplishment.

He said: “What have you got? A certificate to certify that Jenny Newbie has successfully…” Comical Jenny then butted in to correct him: “Jennifer. Jennifer Newbie.”

Lee continued: “…has successfully quit smoking.”

Jenny then went on to tell Lee that not only had the absence of cigarettes saved her money but that giving up her bad habit had saved her money on a different type of product.

Jenny said: “I must admit I haven’t missed it – the actual smoking. Because I was getting to a stage where I wasn’t right and I wasn’t well and I was coughing all the time so now I don’t cough.

“So not only does it save me on cigs but it saves me on TENA Lady because I aren’t coughing so much.”

“So both ends,” she adds laughing, as she gestures from her mouth to her groin.

And fans of the duo were loving it. One tweeted: “I’ve said it before, and I will say it again, Jenny and Lee are the main reason I watch Gogglebox!”

It wasn’t the only personal hygiene issue Jenny discussed on tonight’s show.

“You’ve got more hairs on your legs than me. Oh Jenny, I know it’s been lockdown but god,” Lee said, baffled, going on to ask his best friend: “What are you going to do when you start wearing your floral dresses?”

“I’m going to go and get some razors tomorrow, that thing I’ve got is just from a tube – I need a lawnmower on this,” she responded.

“Ask Bob for his strimmer, he’ll do it for you.” Lee suggested, laughing.

“Can I borrow you a minute just to go round the edges,” Jenny continued, with the pair now in stitches.

“I’ve got a bush to sort out,” Lee added, before Jenny informed him: “Oh no that’s alright, I’ve done that.”
