The proposal, lodged by Wole Adeloye, of Beacondent in Bromley, would see a two-storey rear extension added to the property known as Chantilly, and a first-floor side extension.

The living quarters would then be moved to the left-hand side of the building, adjacent to Parisfield Close.

While the right-hand side would become a dental clinic incorporating three surgeries, one hygienist surgery and a children’s oral health advice centre.

It would also provide a reception/waiting area on the ground floor, disabled toilet and storage.

The full details can be viewed on the Maidstone council website here. Application number 23/500210.
