Overview:
Andrew Thomas Fitzpatrick of North Tyneside who was caught by us attempting to meet a 14-year-old child for the purposes of sexual activities.
Charges:
At Newcastle crown court he was sentenced to the following:
Forfeiture of Mobile Phone.
Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 5 years.
Sex Offenders Register for 5 years.
He must also participate in a sex offenders programme for 30 days, he is also subject to a curfew between 7pm-7am for 2 months and is going to be supervised by probation for a period of 3 years.
