McCann’s men conspired to draw 3-3 with Rovers scoring a dramatic free-kick deep into injury time to salvage a point, before Tuesday night’s 1-0 home loss to Ipswich turned up the heat on McCann and his players.

Struggling Wimbledon had won just once at their new stadium since December 2^nd – when they beat Peterborough – until Tuesday night when Jack Rudoni struck an 89^th minute winner.
